It is a new-made modern hotel, 1-2 minutes walk from the city centre. The receprionist asks you a credit card in proof of the payment even if you are ready to pay cash. As a fact, 100 Euro from my VISA credit card have been blocked and I now try to do something with it. |

Staff very welcoming. Situation of hotel, close to all facilities in Bruges. Cost of hotel breakfast, partly due to the exchange rate. Also very expensive as most of my party only required a light breakfast. The cost made it prohibitive. |

excellent location very central, compact rooms modern and clean, bfast was very nice reception staff not friendly on check in but this did not impact our stay |

The location was great - walking distance to everything. We booked a double, but got two single beds pushed together - not comfortable for a young couple! The colour scheme in the corridors and the rooms was pretty depressing - dark brown and some paint chipped of the walls which they hadn't bothered to touch up! Looked pretty shabby. No coffee or tea making facilities which I was expecting. |

Staff were excellent and the hotel couldnt be in a beter position. Excellent location!! It was quite noisy! We asked to be moved to a quiter room which was a lot better. Avoid staying on the Belfry side of the hotel! |
