La amabilidad del servicio, el desayuno y que está en un sitio céntrico y al lado de la estación de trenes La escasa iluminación de las habitaciones. A parte de la iluminación las habitaciones necesitarían una reforma total para equiparar al hotel con otros de la misma categoría |

Very friendly staff. Great location. Clean and comfortable. Good beds! Great value for the money. My reservation was for a non-smoking room and when we got to our room, we had been given a smoking room. When I asked to be switched, it was done immediately and without any problem. |

Hotel staff very kind, good hotel location in the main road close to the main station and the diamond district. We have reserved a double non smoking room but we were obliged to sleep in a smoking room. No other rooms were available because the hotel was completely full. No discount given for this mistake. |

close to city center and train station It was extremely cold during the night even though the air conditioning was set on 30 degrees celsius. The double bed was made of two single beds and we were sinking in the middle. Very short opening hours for the swiming-pool and fitness center. |
