Centralt läge, nybyggt=ok frächt De lyckades checka in ett annat par i vårat rum...som klev in på morgonen då vi fortfarande låg i sängen (hade dessutom do not disturbskylten på dörren) Eftersom hotellet är nytt funkade inte minibaren, tv:n, eller safeskåpet heller..plus att det var väldigt varmt (hade över 25 grader även då vi ställde in den på 5) |

Läget, rummets design, hotellet nytt och fräscht, vänlig personal Kunde ej hitta information om hotellets tjänster på rummet, inte heller tvättpåse. Nyckelkorten förlorade sin funktion (hände 2 ggr på 3 övernattningar). Dåligt TV-utbud: ingen internationell nyhetskanal |

comfortable large room with extras (hot water boiler, tea & coffee, good beds, and cleanliness room views of office building directly in view... offering a lack of privacy That the location of hotel was under construction and unpleasant to walk after dark... unsafe sensation. Sections poorly lit and obstacles along the way (loose stones, no pavement, cables, pits, muddy etc. I can't recommend this hotel until the construction in the direct vicinity is completely finished. |

Comfortable room, short distance to train station. Room service took 1 hour to arrive, with no apology. The hotel should have free WiFi like Golden Tulips in Amsterdam and Rotterdam. No glasses for the minibar, only plastic cups. |

Wish it been a little closer to the main shopping area of Antwerp and closer to the old centre. I was charged for items from the minibar twice. I paid when I checked out and then was charged again on my VISA account later. |

The food was good and fairly priced. We did not like the location and the price was a little high but that just maybe the usual for that area, wouldn't know we were just passing through and needed a place to stay. |

The decoration is very modern, the room was quite big and the bed really comfortable. The train station next door is under construction so this might annoy some due to the debris that surrounds the main entrance. |
